I will almost always wear TN garb when I go to a game. Whether it's a Vol game or not. If it's a TN game I cheer. If it's not, I watch.

That guy was there because he could not afford tickets to this weeks game...Like me...lol...I would love to have a ticket but unfortunately will be yelling from home but as far as the fans are concerned, they are like that everywhere...There are bad ones even at UT so sorry to bust your bubble but I have witnessed in Florida urine being poured on people below...This was prior to 2001 but it was nasty to say the least...I am sure if it happened to me I would really hurt someone...That is beyond nasty and there is no reason for it ANYWHERE including Neyland...Time to grow up...The second thing I hate more than anything is at UGA and that damn barking in your face...MORONS!

We set in section Q and saw him. I thought that was a pretty :lame:thing to do, and imo, he should have been kicked out. :)

People choose the way they conduct theirselves. I think the nicest fans i've ever come in contact with, was Maryland down in Atlanta the year they kicked our --------.When we left the dome, I thought we would get ragged all the way back to the motel. (we were on a trolley) Everyone was so cool though....even hung with us at the bar.

Aren't you acting the same way he was by getting all Vol'd up to try and invoke a reaction? I have mentioned I have family in Tenn. , and when I visit I don't walk around everywhere in Gator gear. I might have done that in my early 20's, but not now, save it for the game.

The barking thing is anoying, but it does'nt hurt or really offend anyone. I've never actually saw the urine thing, but I've heard about it from a Seminole fan. That's just discusting...they should be banned for life. I would probably go psyco :furious3:

I agree, we played them in the Orange Bowl and they were just excited to be there, really didn't care about winning. I have witnessed those same Maryland fans at a Duke BBall game iI went to several years ago in College Park and they were as rowdy and nasty as SEC fans get for football. Expectations I guess.

Not the same, not even close. Read my other posts. I sport my colors on any given day, anywhere.....I just don't offend or act like a FOOL. It's sort of hard to take this power T tattoo off after gameday anyway. :)

Yeah I think you're right. I think they wanted to win, but they were just happy to come down south & play in a bowl and have a good time. Winning was just iceing on the cake. No one talked smack (or worse) there were no problems at all. Aside from the fact of loosing, it was fun & thats what college football should be. Hardcore or first timer, young or old, everyone should be able to go to a game, back their team & have fun :yes:

This guy probably couldn't afford tickets for the UT/UF game. Someone probably gave him free tickets for last weeks game and he thought he would make the best of it. Either that, or he had his weeks mixed up!:crazy:

Probably was trying to scalp the UAB tickets and couldn't give em way. Might as well go then Right...lol
