Good recruiter. Muschamp will handle most of the D anyway.

When and where was he a great recruiter? Looks like he was at Hofstra and the NFL most of his career.

Just about anyone can be a great recruiter at UF. Like I said in another post, it seems like this staff is being put together with a pro-recruiter lean. Though, I do think Quinn is more of a coach than recruiter.

The fact that he's spent nearly his entire career in the NFL should be enough of a selling point to recruits.

Just because you can coach in the NFL doesn't mean that you can recruit. Going into a house and attracting recruits and their families is a whole different beast.

Looks like Muschamp is surrounding himself with NFL guys....not a bad strategy

Very quiffenesque

Disregarding whether or not they actually stuck around, it worked pretty well. Most elite players concern themselves with their future value in the NFL, and learning under a guy whose been coaching your position in the NFL for a decade doesn't exactly hurt your draft stock.

None of those Auburn guys have NFL experience and they were kicking everybody's ass on the trail last year... oh wait nevermind

What I love are the guys saying Quinn is unproven and then rambling on about how Chuck Smith and Charlie Baggett are great recruiters due to their NFL experience.
