I know AZ didn't have a helmet law but it was related to the heat. Seems some riders got too hot in the helmet and passed out. This was told to me by a good friend and long time rider.
Thanks for the good will...Naturally i have insurance, both health and cycle....i figure those things should be covered before you buy a toy (basically what a motorcycle is)
