Below-average QB play would have won 8 games last year and 2 games so far this year.

Sadly, I'm thinking sixtyish to zero. I'll watch all the game unless I'm in my bathroom puking...

Yes, I do think Tennessee will lose this game despite what I have said all along that we will upset Florida. Now baring some impeccable turnaround I just don't see the Vols winning. That being said, the defense is sick. I do NOT think that Florida will have an answer for Tennessee's defense and they will struggle all day...

Thoughts about the defense keeping us in this game??

If we had a QB that didnt turn the ball over every time you blink I would say you are spot on...Turnovers will put us in bad field postion and Florida will roll. I dont think their gonna put up 60 like a lot of people are saying though.

They will early, but are bound to get worn out.

Spot on, IMO. Our defense will keep us within striking distance in the 1st half, but due to our inability to sustain drives on offense, the defense will get tired in the 2nd half, and the talent and depth of Florida will take over and it will turn ugly in a hurry...

Defense will be on the field all day and in the heat of the swamp any defense will get tired there will be numerous 3 and outs because fla. has a stout defense tebow had 98 yds throwing last year or something like that and they still hung 30 and there will be no mercy this saturday i was optimistic before ucla but i saw to many signs of old tennessee football im afraid this weekend will be ugly.

You guys have a decent defense that will come out on fire. I think the first quarter will be close. As the game goes on and everyone makes adjustments I think it could get out of hand. That is based purely on depth and inexperience at UT.

I don't think that the UT offense will score that much but I also think that the UT defense probably won't give up much either. The 60-0 scores are kind of out of touch. I could see 30+ but probably not much beyond that.

I don't see how our offense is going to score much, unless like some have suggested, we get turnover deep in gator territory. We may get lucky and have a defensive or special teams score.
CUM,otoh, doesn't need much of a reason to try to ruts, and CLK provided all the juice needed to put him in that mode. I think he will keep the pedal down with first team well into 4th qtr, if not the whole game. I can easily see this going in the 50ish-10 range. Hope I am wrong but I think he is going to try to embarrass us.
