No it isn’t blocked I think. I believe the flight plan just expired and cleared out. It was never real just a troll

Edit: I stand corrected. I just tried the tail number and it is indeed blocked now. Wow where they really this stupid?

It's been said that plane no longer belongs to UT. It was sold. Possibly to a booster.

Doesn't matter if it is state owned. If the charter department that operates it wants it blocked, they can do that.
