Flava Flav opened a chicken place about 30 minutes from my city. Not sure why... Clinton is "the armpit of Iowa." No, seriously, it smells like poop. I'm thinking I might slip up there tomorrow after work and try it. Word is that the line is about an hour wait, though. He's cooking it himself this week.

Maybe. I've only driven through once. I had to roll up my windows and close my vents on a hot August day to just avoid the smell. They do have the Clinton River Boat Days, though.

That was it then - wasn't sure if Clinton was on the river. It's near the Quads?

Ah. You can get to Clinton without going through QC from Rockford. You taught at NIU, right?
