Does anyone know of a good place on the net to get some free plays for flag football?

Yeah, I've come up with a few decent 7 on 7 plays. I just thought maybe there was a little strategy that's unique to flag football that I'm not familiar with. Most of my plays look pretty much like regular football plays, with less offensive linemen.

our team was basically the QB in the huddle "ok, everyone, get open. you three, block."

That is correct. Use the option to set up the pass. It is very effective in FF. I always like to throw the ball across the field.
