Allow me to define what an internet message board troll is. It is someone who posts controversial, inflammatory, irrelevant or off-topic messages with the primary intent of provoking other users into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.

If we simply respond or take an opposing position to posts, particularly those which involve "our" team, then we are simply fans who have a different perspective and not trolls. By the same token, some folks here oppose our presence because we are Gator fans and take shots at us.I suppose that is to be expected. Sometimes I might respond in kind, but it doesn't make me a troll. :good!:

I never trolled one time over there and was never and I repeat NEVER humiliated...I only told the truth and it was too much for you to handle..You bozo's over there are the easiest target in the world and ever single time I posted you idiots fell for it hook line and sinker...Hell several of your posters including some MODs over there would write me PM's laughing at YOU and the other so called gator nation when I embarrassed you on your own board...The UT posters over there are the only ones there with a brain expect for Canething who is a good kid who continually makes you guys look stupid...So if you like it so much GO BACK OVER THERE!!! :clapping:

I love the Vols, but I have to say, don't make fun of Florida fans who come on here..Cherish them, 90 percent of people living there are either geriatrics or illiterate so to find one getting on the internet and typing sentences is amazing..so to have two of them at the same time is like winning the lottery!

Besides the only Gator fan I hate that posts on here is Mr. Two Inches, because of his make believe persona, and the fact, that the 'lil guy has to talk down to people on the www because he is compensating for something jmo. Other gator dude, ur alright

Yeah I post on there alot and there are alot of idiots over there. Mostly they are the reason we lost 2 of the best Vol posters there. But Im still there for 2 reasons:
1) I like 2 put idiots in there place
2) I want to be around when we prove them wrong. :)
You should have been around when one UF idiot was trashing our board. That was rough. But I still enjoy it for some reason.

This thread reminds me of why I stopped living and dying with UT Football wins and losses a few years ago. This would hold true for Florida, Alabama or whoever I would have been a fan of. People who seem to attach themselves to the football program and feel as though THEY are somehow responsible for their winning just because they are a team they follow. Never suited up, but they talk a lot of **** about how good "WE" are, gloat with each win and suffer with each loss. Forget the fact that they are worshiping some 20 year old kid who couldn't spell "cat" if you spotted him the "c" and the "a". Forget the fact that the difference between these kids and a kid who went to a 1AA school is, many times, an inch or two of height...a tenth of a second faster time in the 40...or a favorable scouting survey (whether justified or not). And finally....Forget the fact that an overwhelming majority of these kids were recruited by the home team as well as the hated rivals and if they had chosen to come "here" (wherever that might be) instead of go "there", they would have been worshiped like the rest of the team.

The backwards people with limited entertainment in their lives, I can understand. It's the seemingly educated people who are taking personal pride in their favorite team's accomplishments who perplex me.
