'22 FL WR CJ Smith (Georgia commit)

White is a lot faster on field than Cj appears. Cj doesn’t play as fast as that track time
I know what your saying. One way to describe a guy like White is by saying pads don't slow him down much. He's not much slower than Smith on the track either.

CJ Smith has long speed. He continues to build speed as he goes. A long strider. Squirrel is a twitchy athlete. He's able to hit top speed over a short area and maintain it. He is also just as quick(agile) as he is fast. Those are the scary guys in football.

Exactly : quick vs fast

Same with me back in the day: I was fast but I wasn’t as quick. Put me on a post or fly pattern and I’d blow by defenders. Put my on a slant and some big dude with quickness could get me. Lol

FORMER FLORIDA COMMIT STAYING IN SEC?

Four-star wide receiver Chandler Smith of Mount Dora (Fla.) High School has been heavily involved with Tennessee since his official visit with the Vols more than a week ago. He decommitted from Florida on Tuesday night after not hearing from the Gators’ new coaching staff, and after an in-home visit with Tennessee wide receivers coach Kodi Burns on Wednesday, Smith was believed to be leaning toward the Vols.

Tennessee initially was torn on whether to pursue Smith and potentially add a fifth wide receiver to its class. The Vols now seem to be more open to that possibility, but the momentum in his recruitment appears to have shifted toward Georgia coming off his official visit with the Bulldogs over the weekend. Multiple sources believe Georgia now is the team to beat for the 6-foot-1, 180-pound Smith.

I hate how they worded it. Makes it seem like he picked UGA over us when certainly that was not the case.

Think this was a weird situation. If UGA flipped Squirrel we would of landed this guy. But now since we kept Squirrel hes heading to UGA. In other words this kid was the backup for both schools. He's still talented though, I'd gladly take him too lmao

LOL...that's exactly how I viewed the situation. CJ was our Plan B, albeit a good one, if Squirrel flipped.

I'm trying figure out why he would pick UGA when their leading receiver is a TE. And will be the next two years until Bowers leaves.

He may not be an elite athlete by NFL standards, but that’s part of why Randall Cobb was so good in a duo with Jordy Nelson for a few years in Green Bay. Randall was compact and quick, while Nelson could burn over the top.

wth happened on the trail in last month?
