We wouldn’t be the first stripper to ruin an engagement.

And yes 4* WRs take free visits to known party schools where they will get attention from hot college girls, free booze/pot, and access to huge parties regardless of their actual interest in the school.

Maybe Burns history with Schwartz will somehow convince this guy to flip, but nothing has come close to insinuating he has “serious interest” as you state.
I'm basing my opinion on me going through the recruiting process myself. Also going through it with 2 of my younger brothers and one of my sons. UT Knoxville is nice, but don't get it twisted. There are a lot of other places that are a better visit if you're looking for a free "party" trip.

If that doesn’t happen then oh boy…

Finally among the official visitors, Florida commitment CJ Smith is at least intrigued enough to head to Knoxville this weekend. It’s a small note but the fact that the weather is supposed to be fairly warm this weekend is a good thing when you are recruiting your kid from the sunshine state. What Tennessee has been able to produce at the receiver position this year from a numbers standpoint has been eye-opening for Smith and again Tennessee is looking for help at the outside receiver spot.

It’s interesting that he brings up the sanctions as to a primary reason why he didn’t really consider us until late in the process. It just shows you how much other staffs are really harping on it.

Also, he pretty much says Florida will get to keep his commitment if he can run track there so if it’s really that simple I don’t know why Napier would say no to that and I doubt we flip him. It was always a long shot anyway.

Sounds simple. He wasn't 100% sure with the new UF coach is he will be able to do football and track. Visited UT so he has a backup plan in case he feels like he won't be able to go football and track.

Got to do what takes until you get to where you need to be . My opinion is that track will help with speed and endurance.

Why do you say that. 110 miles vs 650 miles for game day experience for the family. Love to flip guys like this, and can buy we MIGHT, but ABSOLUTELY SHOULD seems a bit of a stretch.
Distance is YOUR determining basis…not his. Receivers SHOULD absolutely be interested in playing for Heupel.

I hate Florida more than any other school, and I’m not sure it’s even close. I hate how even when they are down and in turmoil, they seem to have blue chippers that are just looking for a reason to go there.

Lol then he would transfer. Can’t really play that game anymore and hang on to players
They'll bank on him staying after he's entrenched with teammates, girlfriends, coaches. Maybe he leaves, maybe he doesn't, maybe they actually let him run track. My point is, They'll tell him whatever he wants to hear to secure his signature.

I’d love to have him, but they’ll say whatever they need to in Gainesville to keep him (since they’ll watch this video too lol) and he’ll be a Gator.

You said we should ABSOLUTELY be able to steal this kid? Not be interested. Big difference. One is posturing for failure if we don't get him.

Is this kid a replacement for one of the current receivers or do you think the staff wants to keep all the current commits and add him and Webb?
