I think with the new landscape building a personal brand for these kids is the push. The more drama, the more buzz, the more ad revenue. I don't like it but think it's gonna be the new norm for top talent.

Florida has a better chance of landing Francis than housing prices going way down any time soon.

He had cut off communication with everyone but price last I heard. Miami isn’t talking with him either. AP is the only one we’ve heard of in recent contact. Nico also is in contact with him.

Totally possible he ends up at Miami but I don’t believe the guy on the Miami board knows anything. If he’s shifted he’s shifted in the last few hours.
