No one seems to be giving us a chance with any of these top-rated guys. Eff that. I'm gonna believe we're in it until we're not. And if we impress when the season starts, kids committed elsewhere might rethink their choice.

like @SweetasSoda keeps trying to tell everyone, anything can and will happen in the NIL era. The portal market will be a frenzy every year, and just because we miss someone doesn't mean we won't get good/better talent down the line.

The game has changed, the way we as fans evaluate success in roster management needs to change as well.

We would have to fall flat on our face before Nico changes his commitment! All QB's, RB's and WR's (skill positions) will jump at the chance to play in our offense, as long as we continue to progress off of the success we had last year. JMO

Nico isn't going anywhere. This kid is super loyal not just to UT, but in general. He went to the big 7v7 with the same guys (mostly lightly recruited kids) that have been with him from the beginning, and showed they could compete and win against teams loaded with the top recruits in the nation.
