Fl goes down!!!!

It's normal for Florida to start transfers from Fordham at tackle....because there is nobody else.

It takes special skills to go 4-8 at Florida. Something Dooley didn't even pull off at Tennessee.

Muschamp was awful...just feel lucky talent was showing up at UF's doorstep in spite of Muschamp, just like it did for Coach Zook.

Florida losing this game makes me even more angry that we found a way to lose to them this year (and last year). It's just going to get harder from here. The players and coaches need to get over that mental block.

If UGA wins out and we win out then we can go to Atlanta with the 3 way tie at 6-2 in the SEC. If we beat Bama and win out we will most certainly be voted to go to Atlanta. Unlikely but still possible.

WE have excellent coaches but we do have some second rate fans.

Disagree. If UT had the excellent staff, then they'd be 5-1 now or possibly 6-0. There's a reason Martinez and Jancek were let go @ Georgia. Be prepared for more on the job training for year 3 to continue into year 4

Exactly, UGA ate our defense up. Mizzou defense makes ours look jv level.

Knowing us we will beat Alabama and everything will fall into place for us to win the east and then we will lose to Missouri

Well let's see now.

1) Bama's defense against out passing attack :eek:hmy:

2) Bama's talent vs our talent ::eek:hmy::

3) Bama home vs us away :eek:hmy:

4) Butch vs Saban:eek:lol::eek:lol::eek:lol::eek:lol::eek:lol::eek:lol:

Ya we have a chance and the stock market will hit 20000 before year end.

we are in our playoffs now. So when we punch bama in the elephant nu🐘s and shock the world! We got a shot at the east and sc beat vandy. Sc and ga beat the Gators and we will be on our way! So roll the tide and keep hope alive. Go vols go

FL still has to lose two more and that is not likely to happen. Go back under your bridge.

That are hope for a miraculous 3-way tie, which would mean UGA would have to win out (beating FL) and we would have to beat BAMA+win out.
If that scenario played out I still don't know if we would get the AP tie breaker. Not likely happening-but more likely than FL losing 2 more SEC games.

If we're very lucky, we'll go 5-7. I doubt it, I think it will be worse. Face it, we've got a second rate coach who's afraid to go for the throat and is unimaginative. It was painfully obvious in the Georgia game. He wasn't afraid of losing, he was already losing. So he let it all hang out. In games we were ahead, he cowered. Any coach that coaches like he's afraid of losing, is a loser. I think we'll probably be 4-8 this year.

Eat a Snickers and take your meds.

I wonder what Florida's defense will look like next season. They look like world beaters right now, but they're losing a chunk of their starters to either graduation or the pros after this season.

Right now for sure we lose 3 starters for sure.....Jonathan Bullard and Antonio Morrison are seniors and Vernon Hargreaves is a junior but a top15 pick.

Could be 4 technically as Brian Poole is a senior and plays mostly nickel now as Maye and Neal are the starters at safety.

Not sure you were watching the right game. Hargreaves got beat on one long play, the Fournette fleaflicker, and actually nearly recovered to make the play which was amazing in itself. Safety Maye and CB Wilson got beat on the TDs. He'll be drafted in the top 10 in the NFL draft, so he kinda is all that.

Exactly and on the flea flicker Neal the safety had contain and bit on the play action. Hargreaves tried to recover and almost made a hell of a play. Ball was perfectly placed. So yeah, whatever on the last guy's post. Well said DC.

Muschamp should have stayed at TX. He was the coach in waiting. I think TX would have been a way better fit for him.

Yes. This team who just beat Georgia will lose to Vandy and S Carolina. Obviously.

Guys. Lets just get through this weekend. We beat the tide then we talk about the future.

I would not be opposed to this however I would rather face LSU again than Alabama. :)

I hope Ole Miss wins out and Bama, Florida and Ole Miss are left out of any chance at the playoff with Ole Miss avenging the loss to Florida. I can dream can't I

There's no AP tiebreaker. That was a step used with the BCS rankings while the BCS system was being used. There is no "rankings" tiebreaker now.

And all a three way tie would result in would be that our beating Alabama would remove UGA halfway through (a tiebreaker against common opponents from the opposite division) because of their loss, just turning it into a tie between UF and UT...which UF wins.

UT's only chances are:

1) UT wins out and UF loses 2 out of its 3 remaining SEC games to UGA, USCe, and Vanderbilt.

2) UT loses to Alabama but wins out, UGA loses to either Auburn or UK, and UF loses to UGA, USCe, and Vanderbilt.
