Who would have done anything with this roster?
That is good he was left with nothing to coach, that probably suits him well. What is the excuse for all the years he had McNair and George? I know you got 1999 to hang on to, but what else?
It is amazing to learn Fisher has had zero input on the players that have come through nashville.

What don't you understand about a G.M.'s role on the team? He has control over what players are brought in and managing the salary cap.
What don't you understand about the coach's record? Oh yea, I am always curious, what did Fisher do on all those draft days? Fish, hunt, watch Happy Days reruns? I mean it is obvious he was not needed or used in this area.
