If you can’t get close enough to the floor pre or postgame, a lot of fans have received autographs from the players as they leave the arena near the shuttle bus drop off.Long time Vol. My 6 year old son and I are coming up from Birmingham for the Vandy game next week. What’s the best place to see players up close and possibly get an autograph or two? TIA
Just casually stroll past the ushers after the game, into the tunnel. There used to be a big room where players and families gather after the games. I’ve done that a time or two. Just act natural, like you know where you’re going and like you belong.Long time Vol. My 6 year old son and I are coming up from Birmingham for the Vandy game next week. That’s the exact way I did things 35 years ago in Neyland. I got a good 10 years worth of autographs. Thanks. Wasn’t sure it would work in TBAJust casually stroll past the ushers after the game, into the tunnel. There used to be a big room where players and families gather after the games. GBO!!
Also, as others said, if casually strolling past the ushers doesn’t work, you can usually catch them leaving the arena, where the buses park. My daughter got the whole women’s Olympic basketball team to sign a WNBA basketball. That’s the exact way I did things 35 years ago in Neyland. I got a good 10 years worth of autographs. Thanks.
