You mean the G-run? I think I saw him throw a pretty TD pass to D. Moore in the O&W game, but never again. I could be mistaken. Either way, it was rarely, if ever successful with G. Jones running it.

Negative . . . Entire offenses are based on the read option. It's all about whether defenders get upfield and over pursue and making the right decision.

The deception isn't supposed to be run/pass. It's making the defender guess and commit to attack or scrape and then taking advantage of it.

Just makes people worry when they find out he's snapping with his non dominant hand since it's not quite natural.

Honestly, I've never understood why there's a difference between a lefthanded and right handed snap from under center. The ball comes up, rotates 90* and hits the QB's hands sideways either way . . . but this is not the first time I've heard coaches say it matters, so obviously there's something to it.

It makes a difference. He snapped rh last year, this year he'll just use his strong hand on shotgun snaps. It's legal. No worries.

kinda sounds like you are saying the same thing with more words. either way, it appears to me that defenses attack the ball because they know we wont pass it. i dont know what other deception you could have other than pass/run.

Yep, take what should be one of the best QB's in the nation out of the game and run the wildcat with a mixture of mediocre RB's who in their wildest dreams cant get the ball to the most explosive WR's in the nation as well as the QB you just pulled out. Makes good sense to me. :loco:

That's because CDD gets stuff specially done. He doesn't like adidas's stuff. They were upset because that silver pullover isn't something that is associated with their UT line. He found that silver pullover and had the UT logo added to it. Just like he did with his farmers hat.
