There is an update on ESPNs recruiting page about VA LB EJ Levenberry (4 star FSU commit.) Now that dd has been fired his dad says he will now consider the Vols. Said Sal never made his son a priority but if the new coach is interested his son would be glad to listen.

I am to cheap to pay for these sites so that is all I know but I found this interesting and wonder who else may have been over looked before but has renewed interest now.

EJ was someone that really loved the Vols and Sirmon was on heavily. Glad Sal screwed that one up. His dad loved the visit and I would love him to come aboard.

Levenberry, from what a lot of people have said around here, is overrated. But he really like UT when Sirmon was here. He wasn't Sal's type of LB.

This works both ways. David Williams just removed Tennessee from his top 2 and announced a new top 5 with Tennessee out of it.

I understand the concern, but he most likely wasn't coming here anyway with Dooley still at the helm. Green neither.

Hands down, he would be the best LB committ UT would have. It guess its bc hes not a diamond in the rough 2 star.

I guess, I am sure we will lose a few commits but I am anxious to see who puts us back in the mix whenever the new hire is announced. I hope we can bring in a high profile recruit or two and improve from where we are currently at.

I really think he would catapult to a top 5 class in a matter of days. Green, Henry, North, Levenberry, Ramsey....it could be really good.

That is the kind of instant upgrade we need, you could probably add Bell onto that list as well.

If Gruden comes, I wouldn't be surprised to see Henry and Green choose Tennessee!

Henry will be enrolled at Bama before Gruden complete his staff. Gruden will swing some NSD kids but a don't see many EE changes their plans just for Gruden w/o having face time with him.

Levenberry has offers from Bama, Fla., Georgia, USC, Fla. St, and about every top program in the country, so he must be pretty good.

Dont forget Hatcher, Crayton, Massington, Alexander, Turman, Mustufaa, Elijah Daniel, Carl Lawson, Derwin Grey, maybe Tenpenny, etc. The possibilities are endless IMO with a Gruden hire.
