Are you all mental?
This is my first post, hopefully in a long line of many. I've been a Bama fan all my life, living in Vol country (Johnson City). I've had to put up with UT fans and the 7 year win streak. I'm not trying to troll anything by posting, just hoping to give a different perspective to this board.
The 3-4 isn't something you pick up overnight. When Saban came to UA, the 3-4 wasn't working in it's first year (7-6 record). You have to have the right players for the 3-4, and since UT has been recruiting guys for the 4-3, there's obviously going to be a lack in "talent". I quote that word because UT has the talent, but it looks like they don't because they are learning a completely new and difficult scheme.
Calm down. The 3-4 is being added to many other programs this year and last, because it's a proven system once you get the right players (CBs who can play man, LBs who can run 4.7s).
No matter who the coach is next year, it's going to be detrimental to recruit big, fast LBs and physical DBs. And that will happen.
Firing Sunseri would be like impeaching every president we've ever had after his first year. Be realistic, change takes time.
