Are you all mental?

This is my first post, hopefully in a long line of many. I've been a Bama fan all my life, living in Vol country (Johnson City). I've had to put up with UT fans and the 7 year win streak. I'm not trying to troll anything by posting, just hoping to give a different perspective to this board.

The 3-4 isn't something you pick up overnight. When Saban came to UA, the 3-4 wasn't working in it's first year (7-6 record). You have to have the right players for the 3-4, and since UT has been recruiting guys for the 4-3, there's obviously going to be a lack in "talent". I quote that word because UT has the talent, but it looks like they don't because they are learning a completely new and difficult scheme.

Calm down. The 3-4 is being added to many other programs this year and last, because it's a proven system once you get the right players (CBs who can play man, LBs who can run 4.7s).

No matter who the coach is next year, it's going to be detrimental to recruit big, fast LBs and physical DBs. And that will happen.

Firing Sunseri would be like impeaching every president we've ever had after his first year. Be realistic, change takes time.

This would explain you wanting Tennessee's defense to continue to suck.

Our offence has looked good all year, we have scored enough to win more games than we havw. Our defence sucks and has all year Sunseri needs to go.

Don't get me wrong, it makes me smile that UT is down, only because I had to endure a big chunk of my younger life dealing with redneck, idiotic UT fans.

But putting all that aside, I was being serious about calming down. It's human nature, especially in today's age, to get instant results. But that isn't realistic.

Hey Bama idiot. They had the stats on here the other day. This D is worse first year 3-4 D in this history of football. 100 yards worse than Ga and Bama's first year. If CNS was here, it would be an adjustment but this goes way past an adjustment to a new D. Also, they are playing 4-3 mostly today. Sal sucks as a DC.

It doesn't matter what stats you saw on your man cave TV, bigot.

It might not happen, but I would bet my first born that if Sal Sunseri got to stay at UT and had a chance to implement his system, you nega vols would be eating your words with a side of embarrassment.

Quit being couch coaches.

How is he a bigot because he presented stats that showed how much worse UT's D is than any other team to start 3-4?

Do you know the definition of a bigot?

Eek! You are new around here, aren't you...

The UT Football forum is full of posters who know exactly what UT's problem is if only THE COACH/ASSISTANT COACH/AD/NEWSPAPER EDITOR/GOD WOULD LISTEN TO THEM!!!!

I called him a bigot because he called me an idiot. I guess you didn't pick that up from his post, ay?

The question I have is why does Sal bother signaling in plays to the defense. Anyone know?

I have a brain which lets me know what words actually mean. Idiot = you because I can read your comments.

Bigot not equal to me because I do not hate minorities and feel I am actually better than people who are not like me. However, I do hate you coming here and telling UT fans how we should be happy with the worse D in the history of UT football. If you can't see those stats and numbers which can be researched, then my friend, you are an idiot.

We should keep Sunseri! Very consistent D. We give up at least 40 to everyone. This has to be a bad dream or a real crappy joke! Hard to make my daughters see why we bleed Orange when I have to explain Troy is a team that MTSU plays. Wtf?

Dude, get over it. I'm not here to revel in your losses. I'm here because I've been lurking over a year and listen daily to Tennessee sports talk radio.

Be mad at me all you want, but it doesn't change the fact that UT is in a HUGE transitional stage compared to years past.

I didn't negate the facts you posted. I negated the mindset you all have, because I've been in that situation before. I know what it's like to lose, and I know what's like to win.

It's a human being talking to another human being.

3-4 makes 7 ----its those other 4 clowns posing as defensive backs that suck and Sunseri has no clue about it

Which is why I said recruiting athletic, dominant DBs are essential to the 3-4.

Which is why they needed to WAIT before changing to a 3-4 --- clueless clueless clueless -- didnt they learn from Clawson and his blunder

Buddy Hackett is a clown -- Kirby Smart must have covered this schmucks a$$ at Alabama -- cause he sure cant coach

Saban's covering Smart's too. That's why I don't want Smart or any other coach from the Saban tree on our list of considerations to replace Dooley.

Tell her the truth. That you have no ties to the UT, and that you only bleed orange when they are winnng (card carrying bandwaggoner). Oh wait, they won.
Hell, make something up.....
