I heard that Pruitt eats Turkey only hotdogs and puts ketchup only on them. How could we hire a guy who doesn't even support a good Smokey Dog with mustard. Unbelievable.
Because for the last 10 or 15 years Smoky Dogs have sucked ass?

ADs don't hire coaches assuming they are going to fail. Any coach coming into a program in the state that this one was/is in was going to insist on a favorable buyout. It creates the time the coach needs to rebuild the program. By the time the 3-4 years are up, the buyout is not an issue. As an AD, If I am hiring my guy, I don't worry so much about the buyout because I don't expect to pay it.

Your memory is not very good. See the earlier post, on this same inane subject, where those coaches were all approached in the ****-show following Schiano Sunday. They didn't want to come here after the whole thing was on fire. I bet a bunch of those coaches don't say no if they were approached first. Still, you don't have any source or evidence for any of this stuff.

I'm emphasizing this, so maybe you'll get it: IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT SOMEONE MADE AT THEIR PREVIOUS POSITION. WHAT MATTERS IS THE JOB THEY ARE BEING HIRED FOR!

Every coach has an agent. Those agent's help negotiate contracts. They will not negotiate a contract for less than the industry typical terms. That includes price, buyout, perks, etc.

You're just being dense. Grab a dictionary, look up the word, "troglodyte."

Thats not what Smart's buyout is under his new contract.

Georgia head coach Kirby Smart, another first-time head coach, would receive 65 percent of his total contract, to the tune of $23.9 million after this season.
