I'm not the guy who preaches "patience" when it comes to coaches. OTOH, this is his 13th game. He inherited a QB who the game just doesn't seem to slow down for. He inherited a DL that had been pretty poorly recruited by the previous coach.

There are a lot of problems with the team but even I'm not ready to say Pruitt has had enough time to solve them.

This guy is available now. Won at championship in the Pioneer Bowl with freaking Minnesota State. He wouldn’t break the bank either because he only carries two other coaches on his staff.

No excuses, horrible job today.

Should he be fired? No.

A lot of other factors are at play here and it's only the start of y3.

New everything it seems like for us, GAst while not good was a team schematically that paired well against us.

I don't think he Pruitt should be fired, but I would like to see someone go from both sides of the ball and I think it should happen no later than Monday. Let the coordinators and the head coach pick up slack, but we have to change the whole mindset. Mediocrity or worse (like today) should not be accepted. That point has to be made, have your group prepared or be prepared to be shown the door.

It seems we always forget about the good things a coach has done when something bad happens. I’m sick to my stomach with this loss, but Pruitt is bringing in a ton of talent (already has) of SEC caliber players. Idk what the hell happened today, that was a sh$$ show and I don’t know how to explain it. Pruitt beat Auburn and a top 10 Ky team last year, as well as a number 12 recruiting class with a pretty good incoming class as well. Everyone has there off day. I don’t see how people can let their emotions get ahead of them and turn on him so quick.
