I said this too. Only downside I see is paying Dooley's buy-out. Otherwise, Wilcox keeps it stable with recruiting and brings some energy to the program. He has no loyalty to Chaney and will fire him and would see this as his big shot. Plus, he has been able to watch all the screw ups CDD made the last 2 years compared to what he saw while coaching at a winning program at Boise.

Kevin Sumlin, Mike Leach, Randy Edsall, or Mike Gundy would be the most likely. I know it would never happen but Gary Patterson, Chris Peterson, or Chip Kelly would be a great hire. Then there is the one name that always pops up, Jon Gruden.

Dooley is not the one who should be fired, Jim Chaney should be fired. He's too pass happy in a League thats known for running the ball. Dooley should be given 1 more year with an 8 win minimum

Who was the coach before Gundy at OK St? Just wanting to know what kind of program that he inherited. I know that they always have a great offense, but its the D that gives them issues.
