Not gonna happen, not this year not next year. Too much money tied up in CBJ and the lame duck AD won't make that call.

It's been obvious for 3 or 4 weeks that we needed to make a change. I guess something like this has to happen before the apologists can be convinced.

I was really hoping Butch would be the guy to turn us around. I was willing to accept the coach speak and the "used car salesman" pitches. I was willing to overlook his deficiencies. I love the VOLS and want nothing more than to win. but.... I think we finally see what he is. I don't think he can get us there. He is an average coach and a great salesman. He fails miserably against elite coaches and against some terrible coaches as well. I am aware of the injuries and the plethora of excuses we have used for this season, but that's football. Great coaches overcome, mediocre coaches make excuses. I love m VOLS and will always be a fan, but I am no longer a fan of Butch Jones.

As much as I like CBJ and was hoping he was the Guy, I must say he is not gonna get it done here. Not sure what needs to happen right now other than changing DC and OC. As for as HC if CBJ was fired who do we get? I mean the only real choice out there is Les Miles and not sure he is any better.

Fire butch! Not going to happen but I wish they would. I guess we have to endure another disappointing year, maybe the next AD will have the balls to fire him.

You like Butch? I think he is an honorable man...mediocre football coach. MAC Hire gets MAC results.

Funny how other schools like Texas, LSU, Michigan, USC and Florida don't except mediocrity. Yet it seems to be the norm in Knoxville.

If I was the AD I would fire him however we really dont have one.

Jones is a pretender - I have said it before and will say it again!

Arkansas has a good coach. You are in the west. Your going good to have more losses because of it. You should have beat A&M though.
