Just remember, in a deposition they can ask CPF any question they want regardless of subject matter. This could get real messy, that's all I'm going to say.

About Finenbaum, he gets more hate mail than praise, I lived there for the last four years and I can tell you thathe is a decent sports writer. He gets alotta lip from people cause he can say more than roll tide roll. I will be glad when this mess is put behind us and we can focus on some bama beat downs and here the beautiful song that is ROCKYTOP

I listen to Finnebaum regularly. He is a UT graudate, but a good sports writer first and foremost. He hates fulmer so he is not a UT homer. He is the stick that stirs the Auburn/Bama rivalry. What makes it funny is the bamers don't know if Finnebaum is with them or against them. You can't really pay attention to what he's says as much as the controversy he generates. He has alot of connections and great guests on his show.

Lewis Co. borders my hometown of Lawrence Co. I don't know about Octoberfest, but I have visited the hippy farm. It is a 1,700 acre farm that during its prime in the 80's was the largest hippy settlement in the world. It is a unique place with alot of history. Rumored that Mother Teresa, Bob Dylan, and various other rockers of the 70's visited there. But besides that, it is kinda a hole in the wall. good people though.

I only have one thing that I would like to say to Coach Fulmer. "Do you solemnly swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you God?"

You actually think it will come to that? From what I have heard there is a good possibility this will be quashed because of the way it was handled.

I really don't know, or care, what will happen with all of this legal mumbo jumbo. All of that stuff happened in the past and that is where it should stay. What I do care about is the present and the future, like us kicking your tails again this October.:)

What if part of "the whole truth" that Coach Fulmer told you was that Nick Saban was one of his "peers" that also turned bama for recruiting violations during his short stay at LSU? What would you do or say then?:ermm:

You want to put it all behind you? That's funny considering you commented on it with what I perceived as such pleasure at the prospect of trying to rake Fulmer over the coals. You and every Bammer I speak with has this same problem. You have had to live in the past for so long now you can hardly separate past and present. Well I'm glad you got a decent coach now, as we all know you can only live off a dead Bear so long.

Not really. A deposition can be called into check if it's done in an office just like it can in court. If they do it in say an office then CPF attorney can have him not answer any question that is off topic. The opposing attorney can then take it to the judge and ask that he be required to come to trial. If it's done in trial then CPF attorney can object and usually a judge will make them stay on topic. Unfortunately I'm speaking from experience.

If you said the same thing to Nick Saban, do you think he could keep from busting out laughing at you?

i'm suprised finebaum was angry. normally he relishes a chance to down fulmer. maybe he's truly tired of the drama.

Now thats just plain funny.

I'm sure you hold Saban to the same high standard and are thoroughly disgusted with the blatant lies he told during the alabama courtship process.

I listen to Finebaum a good bit and can tell you that he is an Alabama fan. He never misses an oppurtunity to dog everyone except for Alabama, but to keep it interesting he doesnt hold back on saying things that he doesnt like about the University of Alabama. Whenever you see a chance for him to dog Auburn just tune it in to Finebaum and he will be jumping all over it!! Now I do believe that he is a great sports writer and I always enjoy listening to the show.

Finebaum will down Auburn, Tennessee, or even Alabama. He is a Nick Saban fan first over any of these schools.

Clemson and UGA will own Saban and the Bammers. Arky, however, will get a beatdown from the crimson.
