The "10-2 theory" presented by previous poster was an in season adjustment (something our coaches need to prove they can do). It was based on the premise that had the coaches not screwed the pooch in the OK and FL games we would be 4-0. Winning the remaining games except for Bama and Georgia would make us 10-2.

For the record, I have and still do support my University's student-athletes. I will be at the Arky game.

But I am sick and tired of always being "closer". And I have been around a looong time with a lot of "years past" ... pre-Bill Battle. I'm tired of coaches that refuse to admit that their schemes and processes may not be infallible and are unwilling to change.

Florida had three true freshman playing on their O Line. We did not. Florida had a redshirt freshman QB making his first SEC start. We did not.

They also have freshman all over their 2 deep, so I'm not sure where you're getting that they have so much more "quality depth".

I never said they had the same roster issues we had. But they do have just as many roster issues overall. The problem with FULL BUTCH GETS IT PROCESS! types is that they think that unless someone is in exactly the same situation as Butch, then Butch must automatically have it so much harder than they do. Lots of coaches have major roster issues that they have to deal with and they manage to win in spite of them.

Just stop with the depth BS! Please! The loss on Sat had zero to do with youth and depth! NONE! NADA! If we were simply out played by a team with superior talent then you could scream it from the top of your lungs and you might have a point. But not in this situation.

I dont mind Finebaum but Travis is a douche and I could care less what he thinks good or bad.

Solid advice, Jake. To keep pumping poison ensures it will spill onto the players who work so hard, sacrifice so much, and suit up week in and week out. Mostly for our entertainment!! They give their all and deserve much better than how we are behaving right now. Criticize Butch in those areas where he needs it, but keep it CIVIL for God's sake. There is far more at stake here than our all too often foolish pride.

Wow, just wow. How much push did our DL get when it mattered against those freshmen ? Did Floridas receivers get open ? Did ours ? When they did,did they make the catch ? Florida still had good players despite what they have been through. Did we ? Jones basically rebuilt this entire team. They have made improvement in a lot of areas but we still have issues, most of this problem is depth. Wr is not a depth problem it is coaching. IMO OL is the same. I will refuse to call for his head at this time. He still has a chance to beat UGA or Bama, although difficult not impossible. Let's let the season play out.

I use to think they would play here because of the school and the fans. But these fans turn on you in a heart beat. If they read these message boards on here I don't blame them for not coming here. Who wants to go play for a coach that the fans turn on and might not be here the whole 4 years that the kid is.

That's true he is reiterating what many more have said. I dont think anyone is cheering the comments of any of them. It sucks they are right more than wrong in this case.

Maybe that's why people are pissed.

Maybe our coach shouldn't wet the bed and we won't complain. UGA13, UF14, OK15 & UF15 have all been lost by bad coaching.

It has a ton to do with depth. Front 4 can't get a push against 3 freshmen ? How about 3 dbs surrounding a guy on a corner route and he takes it 60 for the game winning td? Depth or guys not making a play ? Our front 4 has no depth, lb enough said when Jumper is splitting starts. Db, ?
Cam is the only reliable guy in the secondary.

Florid as DL may have had 1 freshman. CeCe I believe.
Most of those guys have played before now, nice try though

They also have an elite secondary. That helps
