There's no doubt that LSU would be the favorite in a matchup with Tennessee in Atlanta.
That said, if the Vols can get to the Georgia Dome, all bets are off. LSU has been too sloppy against inferior teams, and Les Miles has been too close to defeat on far too many occasions for a team with that much talent. Tennessee's personnel isn't quite on par with LSU's...but it's close enough.
I think this team likes to play with that "us against the world" mentality...and they'd have no trouble taking that kind of attitude into a game with the #1 team in the country. And, say what you will about Fulmer...but I'll take Phil in a chess match with Les Miles.
