Finebaum couldn’t have been more wrong.

And for the record, the 8 win season didn’t give me confidence in Pruitt. I wasn’t impressed in game 1 of his career or anytime thereafter. Just proof Finebaum doesn’t know $hit

That’s because finebaum is as useless as a screen door on a submarine when it comes to stuff like that. It’s a crying shame when his show is the only thing the SEC network can put on the air, especially during the off-season. All he does is say controversial stuff to drum up viewership and give all the bammers something to do to tie up the phone lines. I don’t know who he has naked pictures of, but that’s the only reason I can think of for them to put him on the game day shows

Feinbaum literally only said that because Pruitt is a bammer.

So disgusting

Was listening to him explain how growing up in Memphis he didn't root for Tennessee and basically said he liked Bama. Right away a traitor to the state school. Went to UT. Then worked in Birmingham and he's been drooling over crimson nutsacks every since. Gross.

If by saved he meant destroyed, he was spot on.

There were a few games that were really just less sucky. That 8 win season should've been better. 2 completely unacceptable losses to start the season, sticking with a QB that just didn't get "it" (albeit he did get lucky), 2 games at least that he shouldn't have won but did in UK and Indiana, terrible offensively, etc. Outside of the Auburn game, 2019 USC game, the rest were almost unwatchable even in the wins.

He is just an ugly guy with no clue who has been given a forum to spew said cluelessness. At least half of us in this forum are as informed as him.

A lawyer went to heaven and St Peter met him at the gates. St Peter stated everyone is equal here no one is better than anyone else. The lawyer noticed he was in a line and that a person with a stethoscope was cutting his way through the line. The lawyer asked St Peter, " I thought everyone is equal here. Who is the person cutting line?" St Peter said everyone is equal but the person is God he just thinks he's a doctor.

I heard this one different:

“What’s the difference between God and a doctor?

God doesn’t think he’s a doctor.”

Nothing makes me laugh harder than when Finebaum is treated like some sort of expert on CFB. He is a complete fraud. He runs a Bama-centric radio show that for some reason is televised daily on the SECN. It's a circus clown show that is mostly devoid of any sort of useful information. I just don't get it. Sometimes I wonder if he made a deal with the devil. But then I think maybe his success is due to his good looks.

Paul is the ultimate bandwagon rider but I think deep down he wants to see UT do well.

fulmer hired pruitt to pay players like daddy nick has always done.

Fulmer saved the program? We’re rebuilding the program from square 1 thanks to that lard a$$ and all the preceding ADs since Dicky.

These are both full of unfair shade to throw at Fulmer. The story of how this all happened is painfully obvious:

Saban had mastered the art of paying players and getting away with it. So much that his “disciple” Kirby Smart was carrying the same methods to Georgia. Fulmer knew it was impossible to compete with that using legal methods, so he took a similar approach. He hired the next Saban disciple who he knew understood the system and how to play the game. The problem was, his Saban disciple didn’t win. Cheating and not winning makes you an absolute layup of a target for the NCAA.

Fulmer tried to do what he saw as the only guaranteed winning formula in the SEC. It backfired on him, but he did what he did because he wanted UT to win again.

First time hearing this interview.
Did we make a mistake getting rid of Fulmer?

His Saban disciple had a slice of cornbread for a brain and a JG itch he couldn't help but scratch.
