Don't listen to anything Finebaum has to say. He gets paid to stir the pot no matter the accuracy of the reporting.

For just about your entire career you have carried water for Bama at the expense of the Volunteers, that is why you are tolerated there. You want to talk about saving face for UT but you have no interest in UT, even if they did fire Kiffin you would simply find something else to rant on UT for to appease the toothless Bammers. Please do the nation and your proffesion a huge favor and never pick up a pen and put it to paper again.

finebaum is a moron. mike hamilton wasn't beaming because he's an idiot, he was beaming because he realized ut will be all over espn and such. and the high and mighty powers aka boosters were laughing their arses off when lane said it.

i feel like finebaum was the kid waiting to throw a tantrum everyday he went home because he got picked last at basketball during recess.

I wonder if Freak can put a ban on the word Finebaum?

And Kiffen while he's at it.

That is funny, this dude is over the top; even more than Kiffin. Why is he is worried or writing about Kiffin on an alabama board? If Bama picked a coach whom I thought was just a loser, I would not be concerned; in fact I would say keep him for as long as you can. From reading the article it looks like he has some silly crush.

What amazes me about that article is Finebaums photo. I mean the talent it took to paint eyes, a nose, and a mouth, on an A** and make it look real, is extraordinary.

You guys are missing the point. it's just not the bammers saying all of this negative stuff...it is the whole national media. if you think this is good for the program then you are extremely naive. this is not good for the program...even though mr. finebaum is over the top he does say a lot of things that have merit. the program is having a bad month in public relations...that is never good.

The part where he called Smokey a mutt should tell you exactly how much of a UT fan he is. I've said it before but Finebaum looks like an angry, gay mushroom.
