of course you aren't. I'm an advocate of police reform. Im against illegal searches. I suspect that there are reasons for what we read in the report other than some plot to target blacks.

When the standard is reasonable suspicion of wrong doing and 96% of the searches yielded nothing?

There are so many variables that are unknown. Police are briefed almost daily to watch certain locations that might be used for drug trafficking, prostitution, etc.

I don't care what they are briefed on daily. If they are wrong 96% of the time, it's safe to say there was no reasonable suspicion of wrong doing. And again, being in a certain location does not give rise to the reasonable suspicion required.

Thereve been times I've said 'thank you, sir' or something like, and by the response I get, can tell they're not accustomed to being afforded that sort of respect often.
