Regardless of how little people care about the plight of minorities, they should care about ineffective government. They are so threatened by tbe idea that the law actually does produce inequity that they can't muster up even a tiny bit of anger for this wasteful, uncostitutional police tactic....96%. 96 mother****ing %

Perhaps they should stop electing liberal and black representatives as they have for decades. Clearly that leadership is failing them, right?

The numbers are the same in Repub controlled cities. Only a dummy would ignore plain hard facts. If police searched White and Black people at an equal rate there would be way more White people in jail than Black. Most people are in jail for drugs.White and Black people buy, sell, and posses them at the same rates but there are way more White people. Because Black people are the ones being harassed and searched they are the ones being arrested for drugs. These are proven facts that anyone who isn't ignorant knows and acknowledges.

What is incorrect? Every single drug study shows Black and White drug usage and sales are the same. With America being around 80% White, with equal enforcement rates Whites would account for the majority of the prison population. These are facts any idiot can understand.

Well, the war on drugs is made up of hundreds, if not thousands of federal laws, so you just named more than a few.

So, if federal drug laws were not enforced, Baltimore's problems would disappear? All of the black men in jail would become responsible, stay at home dads? They would go to work, and support their families, if only they weren't in jail? Okay.

No it's not.... Out of those 300,000 means that a person can be stopped multiple times in a year.
