I've read where it is to be one of the ESPN Game Plan games but they haven't released the schedule for this weekend as yet. That would make it pay-per-view, of course.

Dad just went from Comcast to DTV for the same reason. lol I might not be far behind him.

That is what I just did as well.. You actually save money being on DTV and you get more for what you are paying.

DTV is awesome if you like to throw away money, They have tons of HD channels.

However, I can get faster internet (cable), about the same amount of channels, with the ones I want to watch in HD (who needs HGTV in HD?), and phone taboot for the same price as DTV.

THe frst 6 months were awesome. Then it went up 200%. I got fineprint'd

You could maybe try TVersity? Maybe. Don't hate me if I'm wrong.

Hrm, so the free version of TVersity doesn't allow streaming from online video sites.

You could try PlayOn. It has a 14 day free trial and says it allows ESPN.com/ESPN3 to stream.

He kept Comcast internet. You don't get nearly the same amount of HD channels from Comcast as you do from DTV. Plus, he now has whole home DVR. Comcast was ridiculously expensive and even after the initial rates go up for DTV, it will be cheaper with more HD channels and whole home DVR.

I couldn't get PlayOn working with my DTV HR-20. I ended up just hooking my computer directly to the TV, it works really well. I'll be using it this Saturday for sure.

As far as I can tell, you cannot currently watch ESPN3 on the PS3.

I ordered a vga cable from amazon and will be trying that route Saturday. (Laptop to big screen) I'm not sure how good the picture will be, but for $7 it's worth a shot. I knew that gift card from winning "pick the score" week one would come in handy!

I looked again tonight and nothing but the replay shows up on direct tv. Does anyone know how to see if ESPN game plan will carry it?
