I just rewound my DVR and timed it. There were 41 seconds of real time between when the ref called the jump ball and the jump ball was thrown up. Plenty of time for the coach to remind everybody on the floor what the shot clock situation is. If he didn't, it's on Brooks as much as Westbrook.
