This seems like a no-brainer. LeBron and Durant are close enough to a push, so you're left with Westbrook/Harden vs Wade/Bosh. OKC in five or six.
Ibaka?

One of the knocks on Durant is he isn't as good vs guys that are physical and athletic. If Lebron holds him to 40-45% shooting it's a big win. Durant cannot go around Lebron and will have to rely on jumpers with a hand in his face. It worked vs. Spurs, we will see if it works against the Heat. The finals usually exploit jump shooting teams and teams with zero experience. It will be intriguing to see if Thunder can defy what history has shown two straight series. Also, Battier did a great job in about 4 games on Durant last year with Memphis. When Harden is in game, Lebron on Westbrook, Battier on Durant, Wade on Harden.
Thing is Thunder have more quality scorers than Miami might be able to keep tabs on.

Taking that last scenario, Harden could still get his, Battier would get waxed and you're still not accounting for Ibaka.

Should be a good one, I can't call it just yet. I expect Lebron to go off nightly, if the Celtics couldn't stop it the Thunder can't. OKC has great post defense which will present a challenge, but if Bosh plays the way he did tonight that will stretch them out away from the paint. Wade defending Westbrook could also be key.

Heat in 5. Sadly, now that they've managed to weather the storm with Bosh being out, I'm afraid they're going to be almost unstoppable with him back.

Lebron is better than anybody on OKC.

Durant and Harden are both pretty much pushes with Wade.

Westbrook and Ibaka are probably both better than Bosh. At least a push.

Sefolosha and Perkins are better than anybody else on Miami (other than maybe Haslem).

OKC in 6. Pulling for Miami (I want to see all of America cry over sports).

I'm picking the heat but there is no way in hell Durant AND Harden are a push with Wade. That's absurd.

I mean that both Durant and Harden individually are on Wade's level this year. In fact, Harden had a much better year than Wade.

Lebron is the best all around player in the league, let alone this series. With that said, Durant is a better pure scorer.

Lebron will be tasked with slowing him down, which he will be able to do some nights. Nobody is slowing him down every night tho. With it being a 7 game series, he needs to slow him down at least 3 games to win 4.

Westbrook reminds me of Rondo in the fact he can be unstoppable one night, then horrible the next. If Wade plays like he did against Boston, no chance the Heat win. Hopefully Bosh plays like he did in game 7....

With all that said... The Heat win in 7 and I will enjoy rubbing it in all my friends faces that are on their knees for Kobe. Hopefully...

The Thunder winning is honestly almost as bad as the Heat. You can either root for a team for a guy who deserted a city (although it was Cleveland, one of the worst places on Earth) or an entire team that deserted a city (freaking Seattle, which is a great place).

My seattle friends have been crapping bricks for a week

Just curious, but what's the general sentiment regarding the Thunder in Seattle? Do some people still cheer for them as their former franchise, or did everyone basically disown them once they skipped town?

Not quite the same. The Thunder players had no hand in what happened with the Sonics leaving Seattle. As far as their personalities, many, especially Durant are highly likeable, something that cannot be said about the key players for the Heat.

Did fans in Baltimore continue to root for the Colts when they were hijacked to Indiana?

Whenever the Thunder play in the Rose Garden, a few hundred people at least show up in Sonics gear, if that tells you anything.

LOL.

The whole circumstance of them leaving Seattle was just sad. That was a great franchise with great fans, but was unfortunately located in a notoriously stingy city when it comes to using government funds to build new stadiums. Somehow the Mariners and Seahawks had gotten one 5-10 years prior, but the city just wasn't willing to do that again for the Sonics. Too bad also, because Sonics fans really deserve this team, especially Kevin Durant.
