Finalists for LSU job

I find it hard to believe that an AD would leak a list of finalists.

This whole episode goes to show us that we know nothing about what's going on behind the scenes, and those who claim to probably don't either. We should ignore everything until official announcements are made. You don't know what you can't know.

You didn't learn this during the last 100 UT football coaching searches?

People on these threads have a real big problem of falling for trolls. There was no way LSU was going to offer 2.8 mil for a coach at this time...literally no way. You can see the trolls from a mile away....idk how people fall for them so easily.

Trolls feed off of uncertainty and negativity. The uncertainty of Tennessee fans is understandable. We have had a lot of coaching turnover and AD turnover in the last 10 years. There is also a very negative vibe around here. It permeates every forum. It is immediately labeled naive to even float the possibility that a coveted coach would prefer Tennessee to other high profile places. Call it Battered Vol Syndrome or something else... it's real.

tiger clowns still posting TV will be announced Saturday in BR, if not TV Corbin will be hired. bawahaha,
If they are lucky Godwin will accept the offer. 4 years later after he's not won the CWS they'll be searching again.

I find it very, very unlikely that Corbin goes to LSU, but that would be best case scenario for us. It officially fills that position and weakens an in-state/same division rival.

Yea it would help but I am not sure how much. I think that would mean eric Backich would come back to Vandy and one could argue taking Michigan to the finals is every bit as impressive as what Corbin has done at Vandy
