Who would have ever thought before the game began that:
-We would get beat so badly in rushing yardage?
-Our highly disciplined team (based on last year's results) would have had more penalties?
-That our up-tempo offense would only have 6 more plays than their slow-down offense (i.e., eak out every second on the game clock)?
-That we'd lose the turnover war (still think we'll get 50 this year?)?
-That we'd get shut out in sacks with all of our DE's and they'd get 2?
-Our all world ST play took a back seat to theirs?
-Our OL .... well, I'll just leave it be.

Fellers, we're darn lucky to have won this game. I hope they get serious this week because Va. Tech is smelling blood in the water.

Stats that matter:
Medley - 2/2 & 2/2
Berry - 41 yd return
Trevor D - Avergaed 49.5 yards on 6 punts with 3 under 30 and that one brutal tackle
McD and Kirkland with 9 tackes each. Abernathy with 7 tackles and critical PB at the end

Worst stat:
Hurd + Kamara averaged 3.8 yds / carry

I don't understand why we didn't mix Hurd and Kamara more, there's really no excuse for Kamara to only have 6 carries. Was he not 100% tonight or something?

If you would have told me Dobbs attempted 29 passes after the game I would have laughed in your face.

Hell, after that performance last night, Tennessee Tech is smelling blood in the water.
