I know how most of Vol Nation loves Doug Gottleib :whistling: This is what he had to say

Tennessee: (28-9, 11-5) -- Grade: A- The Vols beat Kansas without four players and beat Kentucky, too. In the NCAA tournament, they beat the Big Ten champ Ohio State and nearly beat Michigan State. A wild season culminated in their first Elite Eight run.

Would be hard to go below that. I would probably take the minus away for an A.

It was better than A-. It was a great season. We got breaks when we needed and executed reasonably when needed (until giving away our tailor made final 4 slot).

Sounds about right to me. We made history for our program, so I'm happy and all vol fans should be too! The Baller Vols have a bright future ahead. :thumbsup:

"A" for the team(overachieved when pushed into a corner)
"A-" coaching(A+ at some things and B+ at others....fair)
"A+" for the fan-base(number of Fans in St. Louis says it all)
"A+" for Facilities(TBA/Pratt top notch).
"C-" for the interlopers(seems they get dumber by the day. Witch Doctor tired of explaining sports to them and why their post makes no sense.)
"A+" for new receptionist across the hall(she wants a little Witch Doctor..she just dont know it yet. lol)

that said, his assessment is pretty spot on
