Did he touch the ball second half? Showed great explosion first half and then didn't see the field? Juan Jennings needs to be more involved too only had a couple of targets. Like to hear Heltons explanation on this.

Ty and Jordan played their hearts out trying to carry the team (and a few others) but your right. I posted that in another thread that I would have liked to have seen him get some more touches...he ran hard. The way I feel after seeing that game is I wish they would have tried him at QB. I bet the kid could throw a 5 yard pass

T.Byrd was blocking down hard for him on his 15-16 yd. TD run. Ever see a pass get thrown to Byrd while JG is QBing ? Hell no. Jeremy Pruitt is a defensive coach with no head coaching experience. Tyson Helton is lost in the SEC. Tell me when JG ever over threw a deep route ? You can't because he never has. I'm sick of hearing the trash from a 1st year coach about how they practice. Some players simply perform better under pressure when adrenaline is flowing. Who the fu** you practicing against by the way...the Patriots or your own weak ass team? We'd won against USCjr with decent coaches. This is UT and we deserve better not a rookie head coach making excuses with a rookie play-caller. This is all on piss-poor coaching. He best lay-off these players giving their all when at game time the coaches can't give their all. The last drive sucked but I'm not gonna break it down except for the attempted pass to JJ in the right flat on on 1st down when T.Jordan had been busting them for 7-8 yds on the previous two 1st downs. Didn't make sense when opponents know to key on JJ as possession receiver. Helton's biggest fault is under estimating our opponents. He's not the only one that's smart. The smart ones had 27 on the scorebord at game's end, rookie.

Have to admit I'm a bit scared Helton is out of his league in the SEC. OL issues aside you have to generally score in the high 20s to win around here and even that isn't a guarantee. Tonight was probably his highest ligitimate total for the season and he is still in the lost column
