That's former United States Air Force staff sergeant Joshua Gilreath, he carried around a Tennessee state flag during his tours of duty and gave the flag to CBJ this spring. The flag and the GPS coordinates reminded him he was never far from home. Cool story if you ask me.

Far more thoughtful than some UT tats that just kinda retread old ground and/or are expected due to imagery choices. But I could be very biased since I love text based tats and am kinda meh on image tats because I see them so often (I'm sure that will change according to whatever gets most popular and please don't mistake me -- I've seen some badazz UT tats based on imagery done right).

Oh and whoever mentioned binary :salute: That could look totally awesome depending on the execution.

The story I saw was,the coordinates were there so he could always find his way home,
no matter where the Air Force took him...
