Don't be ridiculous. Nobody has pieced together the entire thing. We aren't covering 40 million new folks for $115 billion. Any new taxes to offset the cost are also the freaking cost. This thing will be exorbitant when all the government agencies are added and grown to fiefdomhood. It's how the governmetal administrates.

You link me one gov't entitlement program that hasn't followed the exact path I just described?
