Fights in Neyland last weekend?

I was over in W and was watching all that happen and the same thing happened to me. I looked back to the field after missing a play or two and couldn't figure out why Matt Simms was on the field.

I guess the full Moon, alcohol, losing, idk.. Idc.. It won't be my last game.. I have season tix :) I just felt bad for the people around me trying to enjoy the game.. I drink at games and I like to get loud and cheer but people generally like me because I TRY to be respectful to others around me.. I always make friends with everyone around me. Maybe since we were losing that one guy told his buddy that his GF is a hoe or something.. lol Can't imagine what started it..

I was sitting in Y7 and all the sudden the rows just started collapsing down and people started screaming.. I was on the isle so I just jumped up and when up there and grabbed the guys arm as he was throwing punches and another guy grabbed him from behind. He was kicking and cussing and the other guy was being held back from some other people. I don't know what it was about but the weird thing is that it was between 2 UT fans. The cops had to come and drag them both out of there. We got back out of the stadium and met up with some of the other people we tailgated with and we were telling them about the fight and stuff and they said there was other fights going on during the game that they saw. I heard of one in Section M. and another one in Q I think. Another couple was sitting a few rows down from us and they were being harassed by a GA woman who was cussing and screaming in peoples ears just making a fool of herself. Her friends even told her she was acting like a fool.. Finally after she made a baby cry.. the cops had to get involved in that too.. Crazy how many people were acting like a fool... It's a shame people have to ruin the game for other people like that.. Just thought I would share my last experience at Neyland for you guys..

i was sitting with my dad behind the georgia lady in y7 who was cussing and screaming. she even threw a punch at my dad after he told her if she didnt like it and had a problem just to leave. the guy who brought her was telling us he hoped she would get ejected because he had had enough of her and was apologizing to everyone around. they ended up leaving at halftime

Most of the same people sit around me every game.. They all know I like antifreeze in my coke.. I don't get belligerent or annoying like some people..

Yeah she was nuts.. She was up there talking to the usher trying to get the people to her left right top and bottom all kicked out of the game.. Sad thing is wasn't her husband or Boyfriend a TN fan?? lol He didn't say a word.. Maybe he just knew she was crazy.. lol

Couple of drunk and loud guys were a couple of rows behind me when I took my kids to cincy. They kept dropping eff bombs and damn's. I told them to stay loud but to stop droppint f bombs in front of the kids. They nodded and all was good. depends on how both parties approach the issue.

Best remedy for tuning out obnoxious jackass*s is to bring you a radio with earbuds. Then you can listen to Bob butcher the names of the players and not have a clue what is going on most of the time.

I saw the fight in Y7, turned to the guy next to me & said I bet I can get their girlfriends phone #'s, we bet $20 & game on. I went shuffling throught he crowd, got to their gf's & told em I was a lawyer & I had saw everything that happened. Told em I would take their #'s & help em out, got their #'s & collected my $20. Like Keith Stone, so smooooth!!!

Well...I saw something going on in Y7 or Y8 with 4 cops talking to some people....but let me add to this thread....something I have only seen on TV and comics...3 UGA fans was walking down the stairs before the game started....the elder man decided to wipe the bleachers off with his face....his friend help him up while the daughter ***** us out because we was smiling at what happen...."THATS MY DAD....DONT YOU SAY A WORD OR I'LL" well he got 2 more steps and Wipe the other side bleaches with his face ...Then a pre-caution was made by the group asking him to take off anything sharp...watch..keys....

The lady that sits next to me related a "catfight" in the ladies' room under V/W just before the game. Apparently a couple of gals didn't want to wait in the line and tried to get in through the exit. Some of the folks inside took issue with them and a fight ensued! I missed it! She said it was a good catfight but that the police were quick to break it up and escort all concerned out of the stadium. That could have been a money maker!

haha he was! and when the cops came i told them they were getting the wrong person and pointed at her and she turned around and told me to shut up or she'd get me thrown out too haha

Or one was badmouthing our team and players so much the other finally said enough was enough and popped him in the mouth. The way some Vols fans put down our team and players, I've been tempted to go to my car, get my 2 foot long hickory club carved in the shape of a baseball bat and test its breaking point on those so-called fans skulls.

We were in section BB and of course that is the visitor side but the "few" uga fans that were around us where polite..There was one guy behind us complaining saying we had no class cuz at the end of the prayer instead of say amen the guy said go vols...Keep in mind this guy had been showing his a** the whole game...When he said that the other uga guy that was with him said really man? He said you are walking outta here by yourself if you want your a** kicked you can just leave by yourself.. Im sure that can all be blamed on alcohol as well..But other than that i didn't hear anything, might of been cuz us UT fans were so loud and rowdy..One Georgia fan said damn I have never heard a stadium this loud...
