Demo dropped the other day and it is very, very good. Not a big boxing fan and I played FN4 for about three days, but this new one plays flawlessly. The demo is getting great reviews as well.

Did they allow for more manuvering and realistic punch physics instead of more or less bombing away in the center of the ring til someone tips over?

Yes it is greatly improved, you actually have to place your shots and timing. It was o e if the biggest problems they addressed from previous FN. Of course the demo is just against the CPU so you can't really know for sure until the game comes out and you are fighting other people. The demo has a math up between Tyson and Ali and another between PAC and Cotto

I( liked it, didn't give it a real play, but went in trying to use the old controls and got beat up.

The movement felt very natural, as far as fighing games go. Visuals are awesome. Joe Tessitore from New Haven and Teddy Atlas make it better.

Like cat said, you really can't tell how much of a difference Ring Generalship makes until you fight another player. Call me cautiosly optomistic.

Pretty impressive after a good time playing. I'll be getting as soon as I get my ps3 discount club membership.

Commentary sucks and I'm not a fan of auto-block. Stamina definitely needs to be tweaked as well, which isn't a big deal because it's just a demo and I know they'll tweak it. Other than that, the game looks gorgeous and plays pretty well. Love the snap of the punches. Probably pick this one up eventually.

I liked it, but theres a reason fight night games are in the bargain bin after 6 months.

Ill get for ps3, as I dont see myself making it through a career more than a few times, which = maybe 2 months.

The Champion Mode will have a Storyline to follow.. That will be interesting..

which is why its not a buy game. If you get a discount at release, good for you, but otherwise, wait for bargain bin.

Metacritic gives it a 85 which is pretty good. People are starting to get the game early so there will be plenty of vids out.

I hated the counter punching on one of the previous games. In my career, if I had to face a good counter-puncher, I had no damn shot. Counter punches were deadly.

The easiest way to whip counter punchers is to.... counter punch more =)

Picked this up last night. I really, really like it.

The story mode addition is really cool. Had to stop last night after beating some skin heads asses in prison.

I'm really into this game....Until I pick up The Show today, then my life ends.

I'm gonna get this Thursday. I just got a PS3 Saturday. Been meaning to get one for 5 years now, just couldn't justify getting spending over $250 on a gaming system.

still got to get some accessories, really all I need is cooling & charger devices.
