Is anyone concerned about Lincoln?? Do we have another field goal kicker besides him? He looks like he lost his swagger to me.

With this new coaching staff he will have his swagger back in no time... If not I will walk on and beat him out for the job

We will need a quality kicker until we get our offense on track. That will be key to winning some of these games in 09'.

he lost his swagger against UCLA. A lot of bad coaching decisions happened in that game.
i won't blame Lincoln only, Fulmer seldom used him after that instead of letting him get back in the saddle.

I would argue that he was used too often. His miss in the second quarter against BAMA was the game's turning point. Everyone in the stadium knew he couldn't hit it.

Hopefully he just had an off year. The way the offense played last year, he never had much of a chance to get into a rhythm.

Yea i think i seen that game on TV. I know it was atleast a 70 yd attempt, and he barely missed it. He had plenty of leg, but it hooked right at the last second at the TOP of the goal post. I was like OMG!!:worship:

Your memory must be a bit fuzzy. The kick fell well short of the goal post. The kick was returned with the returner catching the ball at the 3-yard line. Check it out on YouTube.

We must not be talking bout the same game kick. I seen him attempt a bomb from bout 70. I know what I saw, because i had the NFL sunday ticket with all the games. It might of been after kiffin, but I seen the attempt because I was flipping fro
Thru the channels trying to keep up with my fantasy football players. Anyways I would say he's prob attempted several in his career from 70.

Kiffin did that to spite Al Davis, as he knew he was already fired. He did say he saw the guy making them in practice though.

Well excuse me DIVA! I think for being at work on 3rd shift, using a touch screen black berry, I still got my point across of what I was trying to say. Thank you for your feed back smart arse! Back to topic, I really hope lincoln can regain his confidence this season. Hopefully he can get back to form, & be the solid kicker he showed flashes of being during his freshman year.

I understand he is a year older and hopefully stronger but he need more distance on his kicks. Lincoln will be fine. All kickers are head cases, my oldest son included. Watch, he'll probably be "lights out" this season.

Ok, Janikowski missed short and right on the 76-yard attempt (the ball hit right around the goal line), and hit the upright about halfway up on a 64-yard attempt. His career long is 57.

how does using a touchscreen blackberry and working the 3rd shift have anything to do with using the wrong tense of the verb "see"?
