Fess up, how many turned it off after Georgia score?

Never say never. I watched quietly while Dobbs loaded up for that bomb. For some reason, I knew we were coming down with it.

I didn't turn it off after Eason's touchdown. I knew we had Evan Berry and might have a chance to house the return. After he went out of bounds, I had my finger on the channel change button on the remote. Didn't want to watch UGA's celebration when the pass got batted down.

Needless to say, I didn't change the channel.

No, long before that. When Hurd wanted to look cute and slow down before going into the end zone is when I said enough is enough.

To be honest, I knew georgia was going to score. When they did I was so mad about being right all I could do was stand there. When they kicked off, I was screaming at berry for staying up too long. When the play happened, a decade or more of misery just up and died.

There's really no other way to describe it. Might as well be 1999, only Tee's shoulder ain't hurt, and Al got a fifth year. We're right back on schedule.

I waited 10 minutes after Jennings scored to see if the refs would eff it up

Lmao. I was yelling "YESSS!!!" As soon as the catch happened, but I quickly stopped just waiting for a flag or something stupid.

Not me man, as a player and coach you never give up, never give up, never give up, never give up, and when you cannot take it any longer you draw one last breath and never give up.

Not me! When Georgia scored that highly unlikely touchdown i was pist and fuming in disbelief. My son 4yr old kept asking over and over if the game was over. I told him no son it's not over yet, thinking yeah right it's over... then the miracle play happened, i seen jennings come down with the ball before Gary and Verne wanted to admit it and i went crazy! My boy tripping on me for a few minutes..lmao! Then we sang "Rocky Tock" all night! #lifegoals #missioncomplete

Not me. I was still in shock. You would think I would be a seasoned Vol fan by now.

Co-workers today went on and on a bit too much about how "lucky" Tennessee was. I could have argued ... but I just smiled.

Their "legend in the making" threw a pick and fumbled for a Vol 6 in crunch time. Those aren't luck, break it off in them wide deep long and often if you need to, I got your back on this one.

I was there and have been told many time that I was one lucky SOB to witness that, and I agree. I had a very nice weekend planned out. Even staying at a nice resort called Lanier Islands bout an hour from Athens in Buford (check it out, it's freakin awesome little did I know when I booked it). When the Eason pass happened I told my wife we should just drive on home because I wasn't in the mood to stay anywhere in GA. Then the penalty and I knew Berry had a chance for a return and I never doubt him with the ball in his his hands so from there on I stood and watched. Y'all know the rest! The stay that night was awesome and I can't count to amount of ppl at the resort that congratulated use on a crazy win and I was stuck with a perma grin all night.

Immediately after UGA caught the TD pass with 10 seconds left, it started pouring down rain at our house and our Dish Network feed went out.

I turned to Twitter to follow it and read because of the two penalties on UGA and Evan Berry's kickoff return, we had the ball at the UGA 43. Then I see Vols Win!!! on Twitter and I could NOT believe my eyes but I wasn't convinced.

My stepson who lives a couple of miles away immediately called and I asked him if we had won because our TV was out. The call dropped and then my daughter FaceTime called me. At first, she said, "No, we didn't win." I yelled something (I have no idea what I said) and she quickly confessed that we had won.

I had already begun processing the loss so my bad mood was brewing. I really didn't have any reaction when Jennings caught the ball other than to say "well there it is". I think it broke my brain.

I didn't leave Neyland in 1998 and saw Stoerner's fumble. I didn't leave Stokely during the Volunteer Classic when Gary Carter intercepted American's inbound pass and knocked down a 30-35 footer for the one point win. Unfortunately I didn't turn off the TV for LSU or UNC in 2010... the year that TN went 6-2 in games that they won.

Proof I didn't turn it off. My newborn son was asleep next to me, I texted my cousin the entire game ( her father and our uncle are the reasons I love the VOLS , they both passed away too soon , Uncle Jack died in 2004, My uncle Mike, her father in 2008, both bled orange ) I'm known to turn it off and go outside with a beer and burn a cheap cigar, Not This Time! Something told me to keep watching and BELIEVE!

Was at the Sandestin Hilton. They were actually having a wedding about 250 yards from the bar at the pool.

Georgia scored and about half of the crowd went nuts.

We scored and the place erupted. Singing Rocky Top as the couple were married.

As soon as they were done, half the wedding party ran up to Barefoots to see what happened.

It was insane. Not sure if the bride was a Vol fan or not. If she wasn't, I'm sure she will never forget!!!

I will not repeat what came outta my mouth after the Ga TD. I was mad at every silly mistake they had made, and wondering why Hurd wasn't out there to reel in a game ending 1st down.

But when I saw Ga was kicking off way back, Berry got what he could, and Ga gifted us an extra 5 yards, I thought we had a decent shot if Dobbs could set and throw unimpeded. And when I realized it was Jennings under it, I knew every one of my whiny Georgia cousins were about to lose their minds. IF nobody from Georgia thought to slap it out of his hands. When I saw it was done, I slowly sat down as I felt myself go limp from the relief. Damn, that felt good.

Top part of the thread is with about 45 seconds to go. Bottom obviously after the HM. I truly felt something bad was going to happen and it did. But how sweet is redemption!

My 1 year old nephew turned it off after the touchdown and PAT between the break and the next play. I freaked out and started yelling at everyone because the remote I had turns on 3 different devices and they were now out of sync. Pretty sure I was using expletives I shouldn't have in front of the kids in the process.

I had a funny feeling when Dobbs was just standing there all alone. I can't remember him ever looking so confident as he let go of a pass.
