Ferguson Riots

It's actually the third one.

I can understand the family request (even though it says pushed and paid for by outsiders with an agenda) but all this does is muddy the waters. Maybe that's their goal or maybe they believe they have extra credibility on that community

So there's not Jews over there living off the government, crying over discrimination while they sit on their ass, crying how they were abused 50 years ago when they're 20 years old, robbing, killing, assaulting police & causing an uproar when one of them gets killed in the process?

Nope. Hitler cleared their ghettos in 1937ish.

They're solidifying their money shot.

The sad part is if people would just calm down it would make this whole "figuring out the truth" thing easier..and faster.

Then again these folks need their new sneakers, grape flavored black and milds, and St.Aides Razzburry ..and what better time than when the police aren't going to do anything!

Seriously? People think the cop is a hero for killing someone? Regardless of what the kid did, the cop is a "hero" for killing him? Justified? Yes. Heroic? Hell no. And it's insulting to suggest he was.

Still amazed that the feds ordered a separate autopsy in a local shooting case

The 13th and 14th amendments were passed after the Civil War specifically to confer on blacks equal protection and due process rights that already existed, and to enforce those provisions on the states. About a decade later, it was still the case that local governments, particularly in the South, were not honoring those amendments.

As a consequence, among other things, the Congress enacted a special statute, 42 U.S.C. s. 1983, that allows people to sue for a violation of their federal constitutional rights.

It has always been the case that, in the South in particular, blacks have not trusted local officials. The point of the federal autopsy, which will show the same thing as the local one, is to dispel the usual suspicions that it was manipulated.

Its a smart thing to do, to keep things calm when the autopsy, for example, shows he was not shot in the back. Had that been the only autopsy result, and the friend kept to his story that Brown was shot in the back, many of the local residents would not have believed the autopsy results. Now, when Baden's and the fed autopsy show the same thing, they'll have to accept that the friend's version of events is suspect.

They have yet to show the same thing. The 2nd one has already been used to fuel more bs.

I love the "Police Murder Our Youth" shirt.

Hey dumbass YOU murder your youth more than any Police.

I watched the live feed of that scene. The person wearing that shirt is a former police officer from the St. Louis area for a 10 year period...per his statement.

His comments were not very positive for the Ferguson PD and county LE that were present.

I'm calling BS. He simply just executed a young, aspiring black man for being black. No evidence offered will change my mind.

In this case absolutely. If he had not taken this man out even after suffering a ruptured eye socket more innocent citizens would have been assaulted murdered or raped by this thug.

Brown was on a crime spree that day and was hell bent.

As long as we're not selected for clean up crew, let it roll.
