So tonight I got strong Armed when trying to make an apprehension of an African American shoplifting suspect. He was able to flee the store, but the PD pulled him over a couple miles away from the store. He cooperated with them and is in transit to Washington Pk as we speak....amazing what cooperation with authorities does to keep you alive

I don't understand the point of a curfew, if they can't arrest someone if their looting, then their going to arrest them for being out past 10pm
