The thugs are running wild in Ferguson. The police refuse to do any thing to halt the Looting. The store owners are without any tool to protect their business. If a business owner were to shoot a Looter, the business owner would be arrested.

The thugs own Ferguson now.

whenever I start feeling bad about myself, I read comments from people like that. Hate on both sides. Sheer hate. Can't imagine going thru life with hate like that. And they all hate because of their own issues they can't deal with or are oblivious to.

Nah that's not the whole story...

Thomas Jackson says his department has 18 patrol cars. This spring, the department purchased two dashboard cameras and two wearable body cameras, but the equipment hasn't been installed because the department doesn't have the money to cover that cost, he said.

Especially given his pristine record. It stands to reason the cameras would go to officers with more spotty records.

There was a comment I read that basically said white people are the black persons natural enemy. How? How are we "naturally" at arms against anyone?

Martin Luther King Jr had a dream that everyone would be judged by the character of their person and not the color of their skin. 50 years later, we still have people on both sides who hate the color of someone's skin so much that they view that person as an enemy?

So it seems the initial police response was too heavy handed. Now the latest police response is too gentle of a touch.

Someone needs to find the middle ground. And soon.

I can't believe the fools than run that dept that wouldn't prioritize recorders. We have 3 depts in our county all are small redneck backwoods and POOR as you can get, but the very 1st thing they all install with the light and sirens is a dash cam and all the officers/deputies have recorders. If even we can get that much right down here, what clowns are running that circus.

So Ferguson PD released the robbery info/security cam video against the wishes of the DOJ because they said it would be "inflammatory"...

Every cop car should come equipped with a dash came..it should be mandatory. Its for the safety of the officer AND the civilians.

This is the same type of behavior that causes businesses to move out and/or not invest in the community. And they keep wondering why they can't have nice things.

Hell if you do want to bring in something nice it could raise property values..aw hell noes we can't have none of that either!

It's only fair imo. They wanted the name of the cop released and they got it plus more. Now they're pissed that they found out the truth about that punk thug.
