Interesting. Investigation isn't even complete and you already have all the facts. Might want to call the prosecutors office and let him know he's wasting his time, you can explain everything.

All we know right now is there was a robbery, Michael Brown had an altercation with police, he was unarmed, multiple shots were fired, and Michael Brown was killed.

Nobody on either side denies those facts. Most everything else is debatable among the witnesses and police.

I just listened to some professional-looking guy being interviewed on the street by Don Lemon (CNN), and he was complaining about how evil people like "Charles Mason" and Saddam Hussein are all in prison, instead of dead, and yet Brown was shot and killed.

I'm not making light of the situation, and I'm not picking on black people, so don't misinterpret my comments. This is a stupid people thing. With every stupid thing that ever happens on this earth, another little bit of my being dies.

And now I'm listening to the crowd chastise one very articulate and thoughtful black man who was presenting a good case against police racism and also congratulating Gov. Nixon for having Capt. Johnson installed. When he did that, they all went, "Obama! Obama! It was Obama! Not Nixon! Obama!"

And reluctantly, he was just like, "Okay, Obama."

Race. God, what a pain in the ass.

You might want to read through this thread. It's no secret he was a suspect for the incident at the store. And, the investigators already knew this. It just wasn't released for you to read precious.

And ftr. Volnation isn't the only forum where police issues are discussed.

No the one with him holding a gun with a stack of cash in his mouth with Hawaiian punch & Hennessy on the table while he & his boy burn a blunt.

So they're ruling the shooting was justified?

Edit: if that's the case, I honestly feel the officer needs to be put in witness protection for a while or something. He might seriously be in danger.

well what I want to see is, if the cop was assaulted like is claimed their should be pictures.
I also want to see the Ballistics of the distance Brown was from the cop. that would clear alot of things up for me. sadly I don't trust the cops or the eye witnesses.
