I heard somewhere, on here actually, that Teague does not want to be moved. Not saying what he wants means much, but he has been working hard in the off season to prove his worth at WR.

This move makes sense to me. It also tells me that Fugate has done well in his early days as I think the move of Johnson to LB makes Fugate a steady backup to Cooper.
