Favorite UT LB?

Kevin Simon - Will never forget his first game. So dynamic, if he had stayed healthy he would have easily blasted the UT tackling record.

Man I remember when Simon and Burnette were on the field at the same time before Simon went down. One of the best LB duo's in recent memory imo.

Steve "Archie Who?" Kiner.
Jack "Hacksaw" Reynolds
Al Wilson and Leonard Little for sure

But there are WAAAYYY too many good ones going back decades.
Long before we were "Wide Receiver U" we were "Linebacker U"!

Al Wilson because I don't think UT would've won the NC without him. I always think of the quote by a teammate..."If Al Wilson slapped your momma, you'd ask her what she did wrong"!

It begins and ends with Al Wilson...possibly the best field general the Vols have had in the three decades I've been alive.

Didn't Little only play LB for one year? I remember thinking that he would have broken the all time sack record if he had stayed at DE.
