Favorite "The Winston" memories?

I refuse to call it the All-Star race, it'll always be The Winston to me. We all know about the "pass in the grass", "one hot night" and DW and Rusty going at it, but what are some of your favorite memories from this race?

Personally, I'll always remember the race Jeff Gordon ran out of gas on the final lap. He had the best car, pulled out the ChromIllusion car, and had it wrapped up until he sputtered at the end and Mark Martin got a gift-wrapped win. As a Gordon fan in the stands that night, I was sick to my stomach seeing him dominate that night and come up, pun intended, empty.

Others include the T-Rex car, DW blowing up at the finish and Jr's victory with Sr. in Victory Lane afterwards.

1. The Davey Allison win while wrecking with Kyle Petty.
2. Michael Waltrip winning by coming from a 5th place finish in the "Open".
3. Kyle Busch taking out Kurt.

Definately my favorite is Mark's win in 2005 in the retro Valvoline car. Awesome!!

I also remember very well the opening lap wreck in the rain in 2001. I remember the scramble to get back up cars and Jeff Burton's crew taking the engine from the primary car and putting it into the backup. I was amazed that it took them only about ten minutes.

Jr. winning, pass in the grass, Petty nearly killing Allison, etc. I haven't witnessed all of these live, but there's even more that deserve mention.

I've seen them all, and I rate the top 3 as Allison/Petty finish line crash, Wallace taking out Waltrip, and Dale, Sr pass in the grass.
