Not everybody knows that trick...Keeps the chocolate from sticking to the cardboard bottom. That's a Jedi Master secret right there!

Swiss cake rolls all day long, with Fudge rounds a distant second, and the Boston cream thingamabobs third. After that, it is just a free for all of sugary goodness. :)
